Background
Ardens is the leading provider of SystmOne & EMIS Web templates and reports used by over 2,800 practices across England. Ardens has contracts with 31 CCGs, 4 STPs, 60 PCNs and many other groups too. Ardens have also worked with the RCGP, BMA, Wessex LMC, Vanguards and Prisons.
Ardens SystmOne was founded in 2013 by Dr Robert Greville-Heygate & Dr Nazmul Kamal who are GPs in Wiltshire. Ardens EMIS Web was also founded in 2013 by Dr Miles Carter & Dr Merlin Dunlop who are both GPs in Oxford. Ardens EMIS Web was originally called QOFMasters and then became QMasters before merging with Ardens in 2019 to enable Ardens to support EMIS Web practices as well as SystmOne. Ardens is still run by GP’s who continue to work within practice and know the issues that practices face on a daily basis. The whole team is passionate about using informatics to improve patient care & continues to evolve with its ever changing healthcare environment.
